Love the pier 8 market, always has delicious food. Love the style of the room and big space.
The sheets had stains and tears on them.

I enjoyed my stay. Had to make some adjustments because of the design of the room.

Took longer than I anticipated to register then I expected. The suite was smaller than I expected. Did not expect an open space double bbedroom- less privacy for my 3 female guests. Never been in a hotel without a standup closet or dresser draws in each bedroom. Double sink not enclosed with the shower and toilet.

Decent accommodations but overpriced for what you get.
I liked access to early park hours, dining facilities, and cleanliness.
The room was small, the bedding was rough and made me think of a cheap motel. We had to continually ask for wash cloths as everyday we were given 3, even though I registered as a family of four.

The room was just ok, enough to have a place to sleep after spending the day at Universal Studios. The best was the early access to the park (really worth it) and the frequent busses to the park.
The room and the toilet were not very clean. I asked for a quiet room and they gave us a room with a connecting door. I could hear every word the guests in the room beside ours were saying. The restaurant area was very basic, it had several types of food but with just a few options. Good things is that they had a Starbucks.

The location was very close to the parks and lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance so very convenient.Nice lobby and heated pool is a great advantage. however didn't get to enjoy the pool bartender as they were constantly
short staffed.
The room set up was not practical the bathroom door opened backwards and was so close to the shower you'd be pinned in trying to open it. Also it's not kid friendly no hand held hose or sliding shower head so the water just powers down on your kid from above it was very difficult yo get my daughter showered and I was disappointed in that being that this is supposedly a family themed hotel. Alot of little touches also missing in the room very thin blankets and flat pillows we went around Christmas so it was chilly despite being in Florida. We asked for extra blankets and pillows but they are so thin it barely made a difference.It just seems like the layout wasn't properly thought out. The vreakfast is terrible lots of variety but no flavor in the food and over price. i also didnt like that they let the food sit out so u pay for something thats cold. The customer
service is the only thing keeping this review average but won't be returning when I trip to Florida again.

Friendly staff, it was clean and close to the parks facilities was excellent
My sons teddy was taken from his bed and it never showed up, I was told if it did I would have to pay for the shipping, which I tought was a little unfair as we presumed that if we left our property locked in our room it would be safe..
