Simply amazing

The hotel was beautiful right by the sea front with perfect views of the water and sunset. It was clean and well maintained with the kindest and most accommodating staff. Their assistance made the stay most pleasant! Would recommend to any and all visiting Cape Town. Fantastic stay for a fantastic trip.

The gym was quite small with minimal equipment but was still good given the small space.

2 days celebration at the amazing twelve apostles. Everything and everyone was exceptional- if youre going to Cape Tow

It is a beautiful location and an excellent property. The staff were amazing. The pool is heated and there is a cinema too. Food was exceptional.

Too noisy for a 5 star hotel

Pool was beautiful and has great views of the coast and the staff in restaurant and pool area were fantastic

Do not book if youre looking to stay on the weekend I think it is common for weddings and our room was placed in the middle of the wedding party and it was noisy until very late. We wanted to have a relaxing couple of days and the late night noise ruins it. Gym is very dated too. Never seen free weights so old

Very Bizarre

The location is immense and there are good facilities and decent food.

It was all a bit strange. To be honest among more senior staff I felt uncomfortable and there was almost a sense of superiority. There was definitely bias in service to locals and Americans. I had an awful meal at Azure where it was all rushed and effectively it felt they didnt want us there. I walked into the hotel bar a couple of times where it was quiet to be told all the tables are reserved and despite being a hotel guest. For me its a hotel that clearly was one of the best back in the day and theres sprinkles of that 5 star standard. But I think over a 3 night stay they got my food order wrong 4 times. I wont be returning.
