    Some issues with housekeeping.. also some facilities not been made available because of some wedding.

    Staff is really good, and they're always ready to help. I was there with my daughter, and staff support and help made our stay cool.
    Cleanliness was not up to the mark. Cocariches were there in room, and the pool was also not clean.

    Its a big vast property, staff is polite. There is recreation room as well having carrom, tt, pool, foos ball etc so one can have good fun there. Also, there is turf to play cricket or football etc. It has a temperature controlled swimming pool as well. Parking space is huge and it has few other fun activities as well. Overall, a nice property with lot of activities to spend time.
    Quality of food can be better. Although they have good spread but taste is not upto the mark, whatever items we ordered were not upto the mark and costly as well for that quality of food. And both the times we visited the pool, we didnt find it very clean so had to avoid.

    #1: Temperature Controlled swimming pool #2: House keeping staff were helpful #3: Overall ambience was good, but can be more attractive #4: Good options at Breakfast in Ambrosia restaurant. Also, quality was good.
    #1: Property was too much expensive (Charged as per luxury resort), but doesn't look like a luxury type #2: Only one restaurant in the resort 'Ambrosia'. Buffet costs too much expensive, Rs1199 + taxes. Food quality of buffet was not upto the mark. I would rate below average for cleanliness.

    Dissapointing birthday celebrations.
    I had booked this location for celebration of my wifes bday. To which when I inquired about anything special can be done so the staff informed me that they have package for bday at 3500/- which includes bday banner+balloons +cake(1/2kg) Normally all these are complimentary in any of the premium resorts/hotels. Still I went ahead with the deal & paid in advance for everything but to my disappointment the cake never arrived & I had to follow up a lot & it spoiled everything. Also the staff didnt knew who took the booking & it was complete lack of communication between the team. Also the staff could have been a bit more courteous. Think twice before booking this.
