We loved the room, very comfortable and the shower was great. Very friendly at check in and could accommodate us before check in time which we appreciated.

We had lots of issues with the main door and getting into our room. We were attending a wedding so didnt get back until after midnight which was an inconvenience when we couldnt get straight into the room. The night team tried to leave us in a room with a beeping lock all night, which would have disturbed our sleep as well as the other rooms down the corridor. On top of that, our bathroom door would randomly lock which wasnt great.

Wonderful must go place if you are going for a chill vacation with your partner !

Nice location! Nearest Beach at 14 min walk. The facilities are good and clean. I like the easy check in check out process as well as room service for whatever you want at any time you want ! Good breakfast options.

Food could be a bit more healthier (less oily - personal experience) as people in South Goa generally prefer to eat at their own hotel.

Great location, great staff. I would given them 5 out of 5 had they not passed down additional cost

All Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Jasdeep is new member there and he especially went above and beyond trying to find rent a car for me. With little that I had to do with them - I would say everyone is always smiling -cleaning staff were great, manager was great, and other staff members around. Very close to the beach- 800m ( walking distance)

THey tried to charge me additional INR 1300 to cover their cost of paying commission to booking.com. I am happy to pay what was quoted to me at the time of booking but I did not appreciate being lumped with passed down additional cost , You will need a scooter or car if you want to get around ; this is not the most popular tourist area but I like that it is not as hectic and cramped with tourist like Colva

Very good staff

The staff were amazing. Especially, Staff by name Felcy was very courteous and took great care of us. Felcy is a SUPERSTAR. Other staff members like Sujan, Bijoy and chef were also very good. The rooms are good and spacious.

The seating area for breakfast doesn't have enough space so it gets very crowded if you go after 9:30. Plan it accordingly. Also, breakfast varieties are very less but whatever they make is good.

a rude and illiterate staff provided Terrible services at the Hotel.

We had already made Payment for our Rooms many days before reaching the Hotel. We tried calling the Nova customer care helpline to get directions and confirm our bookings but all the Customer care lines gave only one message " This number does not exist" How ever upon reaching the Hotel the Staff/ receptionist refused to accept that the payment has been already made. He asked for the payment again. We showed him the hard copy of the payment receipt but he still insisted on the payment. After making us wait for more than 1 hour the Receptionist accepted the payment has been made and gave us the rooms. He was a rude person who does not understand English or Hindi. After check in we had ordered ice cubes and the staff delivered Ice cream in our Rooms. Next day I requested morning alarm at the reception desk. However there was no call for morning alarm. When the Receptionist was asked why was the alarm not given in the room, the receptionist simply said "he forgot" We were simply harassed by your staff in your Hotel. Your Hotel Nova provided very unprofessional service and your staff is lliterate. Look forward to your response.....

A very nice discovery. But not to relaxing

Very nice room in a very nice place. Nice pool. Occidental bathroom. Nice staff.

Very noisy location. The train ride behind the hotel. The problem is it horns all the time and every hour day or night. Avoid the rooms with #04. The other facing inside should be better.

Lovely stay 10 mins off the beach

Beautiful area, absolutely lovely staff who made me feel welcome and at home. Absolutely loved Arrosem as a location, practically empty beaches and a very pretty village stretching down to the water.

Theres a train line through Arrosem, and sometimes the horns come late in the evening. Not Treehouses fault, just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to sound.
