Absolutely nothing, the staff were not helpful and also gave me the run around. The room had no heat, I wanted a discount and they completely ignored me. When I changed rooms the next day the tv remote was broken . Had to call again. There was no room service , you had to pick it up from somewhere .THATS NOT ROOM SERVICE!

For the price this hotel is okay. Bathrooms, hallways and elevator need updating!
Stayed at this hotel many times over the past 25 years (my wife's parents live three blocks away. The updated room was quite nice. The lobby is nice and the front desk clerks were very nice and helpful.
The bathroom was still badly in need of renovation. The wallpaper in the hallways is old, dark, cracking and depressing. The elevators have been and continue to be ugly and scary.

Lobby is nice with good atm
Room was really dumpy, bathroom was dumpy. Charging too much for what is offered. Bed was comfortable though

It had a great location
Beds were very uncomfortable, people smoked way too close to the entrance and the grounds were dirty with garbage. The facilities were also very dated and old.
