    New Experience in BKK
    Hotel staff are very kind and help at all times. The best thing is the hotel provides a tuk tuk service to in-house guests from hotel to two destinations, and vice versa. The hotel is near the 7/11 outlet.
    My suggestion is that it would be great if the hotel could arrange an attractive breakfast menu on a daily basis. Moreover, complimentary tuk tuk service should arrange more destinations instead of two. It is very good if the hotel provides complimentary shuttle bus service to the airport.

    + It was quite clean + Pool + Room service (Every day new water bottles) + Close to sky train station + Close to 7/11 and laundry station
    - Getting to the sightseeing places takes a while with the public transport. We mostly used bolt. - Bed is bit hard

    Perfect location and hotel for my needs..
    I've stayed at this hotel previously and love that all that I want is accessible from there..Having a free Tuk Tuk is a great advantage to me,as I'm not so mobile these day's..The staff our outstanding in their willingness to help in any way they can..
    The shower area is quite small..and the beds are quite hard,but I slept like a baby..

    This is my second time at this hotel and quality and facilities are significantly lacked after a few years. I would give
    Good location to local amenities and arranged transport to nearby places. Breakfast is decent with some variabilities.
    Smelly rooms are allocated to guests first and only changed after complaints twice. Those rooms should be checked before providing to guests. Pillows are dirty and it cant hide under a pillow case.
