Being told when paying for an extra night to compensate for late flight departure that there was no breakfast we'd just stayed 4 nights given we had vouchers already for breakfast we had breakfast although they were not impressed

Location to train station is very handy for both jr and metro lines made our 23 night stay in Tokyo easy to navigate .

Disney park bus runs from the hotel and does pick up and drop off .

Beautiful view and good location
I loved the daily cleaning and the comfy bed. The view from the room was beautiful. The location was good... lots of eating places nearby and the train station was only a short walk away. We used the free bus to and from Disneyland which was convenient. There weren't many people on it.
The bathroom was a bit outdated with a hanging curtain and poor ventilation. There was no laundry machine and the laundry service was unavailable the entire time we were there.

Airport Limousine bus is at your doorstep. Both Haneda and Narita. So you can travel worried free.
Many Shopping malls and restaurants nearby with 10mins walk.
Yodobashi Camera is 5mins.So You dont need to carry anything from City Center.

Good location with connection to Family Mart and shopping mall.
Opposite with many food options, Donki, 7-11 and Lawson
Good view from our room.
It will be better if there are self laundry service Available.
No hot water for 2 consecutive days.
The Travellers to be aware of this hotel, as it will suddenly havenohotwater and it is Winter, our father got sick because of the cold weather.
The Hotel is not doing anything.
