my first room was horrible.... it smell and it seem like not ready to be stay.... it sooo much diff fr the picture in the booking website.so rundown....the dust in the toilet...best part the toilet cant flush well... it sooo gross. than we got a diff room....fair enough...still the toilet smell....and the toiletries is the worst I got....even a motel toiletries is better thn them... I use to stay since last 10 yrs...always my first choice ....this round is the worst!!

please look into everything.

Could have been better

Infinity pool was good. However on the third morning while using the pool we were asked to vacate the pool since your tech wanted to scrub the pool ! That was indeed disappointing. Break fast was satisfactory, however the egg counter / chapatti / roti canai counter was / is too far away from the main tables,

The egg counter should be closer with better signage. Room floor appeared to be dusty and not mopped. Hot water shower handle kept falling off and was not screwed on properly. Corridor passage roof was leaking and and not rectified in the three days we were there.

Short getaway from KL made easy.

Last I stayed at this hotel was in end 2010 for a company team building. I think it was recently rebranded from Guoman to Thistle then. Glad to see that the hotel has been relatively well maintained. Pool is also well maintained and clean. They have really deep pools up to 2.5m. Staff were great! Kudos to Thistle!

The beach had coarse sand. The breakfast buffet was a bit limited. Wish they had a chair or two at the balcony.

Good place to enjoy the activities in a group just for 2 nights

Good huge resort with lots space to play games. Lots of activities provided. Good pool size but prefer the adult pool water was separated from kids pool water. The same water flowing both sides. Many young children not wearing water proof diapers. Rooms are clean and good size. Sea view can see good sunset.

Rooms were outdated. Had leaking in the bathroom. Water pressure was really low from shower head. My room did not have safe box. No chairs on balcony. House keeping service is way too slow.

Honest review

Having access to private beach, nice seaview, the breakfast is a good value for money,

1. No parking- have to park along the roadside 2. We were given a room whereby the access key is defect. Finally after making a complaint, the change the room however we have wasted almost 2 hours. 3. The initial room given to us, the toilet was blocked! The wardrobe door was also not there.
