    It was fair!
    Feeling segregated when we were seated!!! All the BLACKS were seated together in the back corner and all other nationality were seated up front!! Not a good look, very disappointed

    The front desk staff and restaurant excellent. I stayed here before. Loved the view and restaurant downstairs. This is what sells me to this Westin.
    Service at Smoothie station at door to pool deck grumpy and out of the Smoothie I wanted. Wanted to enjoy my compromised Smoothie on pool deck. Was told I can't sit there because setting up for private function. I am an autisric adult traveling solo and it was a great quiet place. Staff told me to leave rudely. I never got to enjoy the pool. Makes me not want to come back. Need a better, more compassionate way to ask someone to leave. I was pretty upset. I had excellent service at front desk and restaurant and very disappointing service in pool/Smoothie half of hotel.

    Breakfast was great. Location was great. Pool bar was great! Beach chairs was great.
    The bathroom window and the fact that the test of the system wasnt specific to what would be said. Hours after lights flashing the message to evacuate came on and I thought was real because it said this is not a test. I was in a panic and then to top it off the doors in the the stairwell are not marked very well still when you get to the bottom to exit. It actually doesnt have an exit at very bottom its the laundry room. This information should be marked on the stairwell door. Maybe say exit at this floor to leave building safely. I was in a panic then had to go back up 2 flights because the bottom wasnt a clear exit. I was very upset, stressed and disappointed. I did bring this to the person at front desk.
