It was enjoyable.
The room was better than expected although it looked like a converted motel. One funny thing that caught us off guard was that we would be sharing an entry doorway with a neighbor. We kept wondering who was sharing this space with us and it turned out to be my niece, her daughter, and my mother. This made the space more enjoyable.
I would read the reviews before booking. I would rate this place a little below average as I am accustomed to staying at Kingston Plantation but wanted to try something different.
I did not like that the shower head had not been replaced. It was very rusted, and the vents had not been cleaned. The place has made some upgrades but there is still a lot more that needs to be done.

Basically the rooms were enjoyable
The room was laid out perfectly. And the view was excellent. 18th floor - can't get much better than that. The bed was very comfortable. Nice to have view from both rooms.
Your facility is run down and our room was dirty. So many things needed to be updated. Old furniture, the vents on the ceiling were ridiculously filthy. Lots of dusting needed to be done. The toilet blocked and the shower wouldn/t shut off. It could be a very nice place but lots of improvement is needed. The lamps needed dusting, the wallpaper in the bathroom was yellow and white. The tub had dirty footprints in it and the drain was OLD looking. It could be made very nice and I know there are lots of rooms and can't spend time on the little things - but could really help in a review!

No extra blanket in room. Rooms in need of some updating. Our room flooded. Staff was able to get another room the next day.

Breakfast was awesome. Everyone was friendly.
The restaurant serves a great breakfast but no other meals. The other option was the bar. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

It was as excepted in the booking description. I was satisfied!
I wasnt a big fan of the breakfast. I dont eat pork and they served ham as the only meat for breakfast.
