Beachside paradise but make sure you have all your booking information printed so you dont get harassed into paying hig

This property has beautiful decor, its a very modern design and nice fit out, feels really beachy and a good holiday vibe with modern bathrooms etc. The staff were very pleasant and gave us good advice on food choices etc given it was our first visit to India. The temperature of the room was able to be kept nice with the aircon and the bed was comfortable. There was good music at the place, some people would find it too noisy to sleep but it finished up before 12 and we enjoyed the good vibe.

We would give it 10/10 and say it was the best accomodation in palolem other than that when it came to check out the staff were saying that our accomodation bill was significantly more than what we had booked through booking dot com. There was a long discussion and lots of phone calls and calculators, which simply wasnt productive or necessary given the booked rate was there in writing on the app so there was no dispute to be had. We effectively felt like we were being kept there and being pressured to pay extra, and I was glad to have it all handy with all the information available but it was about 6 or 8 people gathering around with calculators and phones and lots of conversation we couldnt understand, telling us we couldnt leave until it was resolved which was intimidating. That did leave a bad taste in our mouth, which was a real shame because as mentioned it would be a 10/10 without that negative checkout experience.

View is pretty good from the room.

Rooms are not clean . Images shown on the website does not match to the actual room . Bar shown is the image looks soo good but it was no where close to the it. Washrooms were not clean . Basic toiletries were not provided.

We wouldnt recommend in its current state . Although the staff we met there were all lovely and did their best to pleas

The staff , particularly Rohan ,tried their best . The bed was very comfortable and the water was hot . The room was a good size .

The main restaurant area looked very shabby as did the access to the property . The owner contacted me directly before our stay asking for a bank transfer of 30% of fees. Also when checking out we had to pay balance by cash or bank transfer - no opportunity to use a credit card . Generally property felt run down and needs some money spent on it .

Beautiful stay

It is so lovely the view, the rooms, the staffs are so good. It's a 100/100 place to stay at. The room amenities are so thoughtful and the best part is the washroom..it is a room in itself. Love it.

Excellent location

It is at beach front. You will love the view while sitting in restaurant or beach facing rooms.

It may be due to off season. Service was poor. Order delivery takes 30-35mins and presentable plates. However, just outside of resort you will get good food.
