Excellent location with attentive and friendly staff
Bedroom view and the bathroom/shower was excellent. Location fantastic
I called in advance to say I am gluten free, however, due to staff issues I could only eat a banana for breakfast!!! When I called the group upsold me a better room with a sea view. When I arrived I found all rooms have a sea view grrrr

Loved the stay, stunning place, staff brilliant.
Great location.
No cooked breakfast on 2nd day, chef phoned in sick. Not the staffs fault. Room was not refreshed on 2nd day, bottled water not replaced.

Nice location, no hot water or cooked breakfast available
The location and views
No hot water for our time of stay, we did get provided a key for a cheaper room in a different building to be able to shower (no towels in that room though so had to carry ours down through the pub and outside to the room). No cooked breakfast available as the chef had called in sick and no one available to cover till a later time. We know these are things out of control of the property but these ruined our experience and stay.

An ideal location for a short break in south Cornwall
Very friendly, welcoming and comfortable hotel in an idyllic location. We had a lovely room overlooking the harbour and our stay coincided with the Christmas lights.
Absolutely no complaints about the accommodation but some of the overnight parking in Mousehole is overpriced. Basically avoid the Harbourmaster car park.

Warm, cosy winter break spent in beautiful surroundings
Fabulous, comfy room with a view of the harbour. Clean and tidy and the food and staff were fantastic

Maybe a little noisy ,but , it's a pub you must expect that. I believe the annex rooms are much quieter

traditional hospitality at a traditional hostelry.
lovely old pub in great position with friendly and helpful staff.
with all old buildings the plumbing isnt great so shower was poor.

Superb stay and sea views hoorah
It was a great stay but the TV was not receiving a signal - the was probably Atlantic storms and nothing could be done. WElcome at the bar was great
