Would come back in a heart beat!

From the moment we checked in ( the keys were ready in a little key box) we immediately loved the place. The room was beautifully decorated with all the conveniences. Breakfast was sensational. We have been travelling for 4 weeks and it was the best breakfast by far! The guest house is very conveniently located with just a short walk into town. Loved the little touch of including a chocolate.

Relaxing and beautiful

The room was spacious and clean. Excellent hosts. Breakfast was amazing, so many options to choose from and all delicious - the pancakes were delicious. Location was brilliant as it was close to the town centre and all restaurants were within walking distance. 5 minutes walk from the promenade.

Richard and Sarah were very friendly and welcoming. Richard helped me with my luggage when I arrived. Good choice of breakfasts beautifully cooked. Good location very quiet inside and out!. Warm, plenty of hot water. Even a wine glass, bottle opener and fridge!

There was nothing to not like, except perhaps I would have preferred not to have had supermarket sliced bread! The American pancakes with Greek yoghurt and berry compote were delicious.

Lovely AirBnB - suited us well for our one night stay in Penzance.

Breakfast was outstanding, so many choices and cooked delicioiusly.

Our room was a little chilly with the wall heater not very responsive. Also, the room curtains were white and very thin - letting in the early morning light. But other than this, everything was great.

Superb

First, stay in this beautiful property

Very comfortable bed. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was at hand. Room serviced every day. Superb choice at breakfast. Our hosts were friendly and available if required. Would stay again.

Maybe more free sockets in the room. Didn't appear to be any hot water in the evening. Richard did say the shower was fed by the boiler, but I ran the shower for quite a while without any luck.
