Very good

Very comfortable two days/nights in a walkable town.

Location, furnishings, homey feel, owner, feeling of safety in the property and area.

The width (short side) of the generous-size bath towel is literally greater than the depth (door to back wall) of the tiny rectangular bathroom.

We would go again.

I would have liked the option of breakfast, and a bigger bathroom would have been nice. However, tea/coffee was available in the room and everything else was just as we liked it.

The bathroom was very small, because of the way it was fitted into the available space. But the facilities in the bathroom were fine - it just meant there was nowhere to put anything down such as a washbag etc.

Great location, great hosts and a lovely property.

I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely property. Hosts Sally and Allan are delightful, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. A short walk from the centre of Penzance and a short walk to nearby Newlyn. Plenty of places to dine nearby and great to be able to wander along the promenade.

Convenient location, charming and helpful owner, clean rooms and pleasant atmosphere. Close to sea front and short walk to town and train/bus stations.
