Excellent value , well located !

Whilst work is still ongoing, the property has been renovated to a very high standard. The apartment was clean right and tastefully furnished.

Great place to stay in Penzance for couples or families of 3.

Great location, very comfortable for my family during our visit. Fully stocked breakfast including milk, juice, coffee, bread for toast, jams, eggs, fruit and cereals. Owner Steve available at a moments notice if needed. Very clean, new appliances and fully renovated

Toilet had low flush volume and needed adjustment to fully flush;

Duporth House

Very clean and modern. The host was extremely helpful and happy to assist in any way. The location was great as it was a short walk to The Promenade which was right on the ocean. There is a major supermarket within close walking distance.

The room was quite small.

Fantastic set up with a breakfast bar and fridge stocked up. Immaculate modern bathroom. Ideal location to catch the Scillonian ferry to the IOS

A beautiful well furnished handy establishment

Stumbled across a little gem here. The rooms are immaculate. The bathroom is modern and the shower has two options - Big head or little! The tap and sink are like a posh garden feature. So classy. The breakfast facilities are all in the room and you have a table and the food is all in the fridge. Perfect place for the Scillonian ferry if you are catching that.

Fab! Gorgeous location, outstanding accommodation.

Very lovely room, well stocked for breakfast, fantastic bathroom, comfy bed, great location. Fear not about the parrot outside the window, it didnt keep us awake at all but did make us laugh when it wolf whistled.

Perfect for what I needed: location, location, location.

The host was highly responsive, kind, and helpful. There was a good selection of breakfast items to start a day full of activities. The location was also great to get, plenty of places of interest or to eat within walking distance.

It was a pleasant stay though parking can be tricky.

Its close to the harbour with eateries and a Lidl nearby. All within short walking distance. The landlord provided food-intolerance friendly breakfast when asked and an extra blanket. That was really nice.

While one of the rooms was spacious with a sea view, the other was small and awkward to negotiate. There was no cupboard though the room had a modern fitted kitchenette for breakfast & a modern fitted shower room. The prices were almost the same for both. I found the mattress too soft for my bad back.
