The only resort you need to really relax and enjoy
Great room, great staff, great resort. We loved it. It has everything you need to feel relax. We still talk about The Sarann
Outside the city, next to a road which is dangerous to walk so you need a scooter. Small portions of food for a bigger price.

The staff were great they went out of there way to get a lost bag of mine that was left in Singapore back to the saraan resort it took 3 days thankyou so much
The restaurant food breakfast sometimes is cold when it come out to the table and the view of the beach from the restaurant is always full of rubbish floating on the water and on the beach not a good environmental look should be cleaned up every day

Run down and dirty, with a beautiful view.
The view was beautiful and I assume that is the main reason why most people give it higher score then it deserves. The rooms are large with plenty of space.
The room was not clean and everything was rundown, metal rusting, paint falling off and dirty or mouldy. The owners have not spent a single dollar on the property, as Im nearly certain everything was the original from 15 years ago. Couch was heavily stained and I refused to even sit on them. The bedsheets were stained too, the bed rest cushions were stained and gross. We instantly removed them and it felt cleaner. The wooden bed rest behind that had hand prints and spills all over it. Theres no hot water we had cold showers each morning and night. The shower head didnt work too, we were forced to use the hand shower. Lots of bugs in the room, perhaps termites, they got into my luggage and in my shoes. The breakfast was average, our hopes were very low and that wise and helped. I could tell 15 years ago this would have been a beautiful resort, as the existing materials and rock work are classy and nicely done. I rate this a 4 out of 10 purely on the view from the bed. Location is far from everything and on the highway, however taxis and Songthaews come past often. My advice is too avoid unless this is the only option. You can have a decent experience here, if you set expectations very low and you maybe happy.

It wasnt a pleasant stay. I did not like the room. The staff, however were very kind and personable.
The food at their restaurant was good.
The room was dull. There was a leak from the ceiling. Drips of water was falling. There was no bathroom door. It was quite uncomfortable to shower.
