best example for unethical ripoff

nice people have a bar inside it seems a good party hotel from distance.

I wanted to check in around noon instead of checking me in they told me checkin time from two. Just to deny they see my reservation, eventually they sent me a message on booking your reservation is not confirmed, thisnwas two days before new years eve, and the most disgusting unethical behaviour they put back the same room to booking with 3x price.

-clean rooms -big rooms -very aesthetically pleasing building and decor -good games available like beer pong and pool -lots of beanbags, sun loungers and chairs around the pool -good events -dj -good aircon -met some great people who will be friends for life -great location, very central to all the bars and clubs (can get very loud at night, bring ear plugs )

We cued for 5 hours waiting to check in, alongside many other guests, they had over booked the hotel massively. Once we got to the front of the cue the receptionist said that our room that I booked a month ago wasnt available and that they couldnt find my booking. After an hour of standing at the front desk going backwards and forwards saying that they couldnt find my booking, they all of a sudden found my booking. I think they realised I wasnt going to let it go like many other guests that they had turned away! They were very stressed and I feel they were telling people they couldnt find their bookings because they couldnt be bothered to find the bookings, sort out new rooms and where to put people. The receptionist didnt apologise once for the inconvenience of this all. After all of the drama at check in, the staff were a lot nicer and very friendly during our stay! After all this we did in fact have a lot of fun and a pleasant stay! We would definitely stay again, they just desperately need to sort out the booking system!!!

Very modern and clean and good location

Was expecting it to be more lively considering its classes as party hotel but didnt see anything of any sort of significance going on but didnt effect my stay

It's a great place !

Beds are super comfy. Free hot\cold\sparkling water dispensers on each floor. Rooms cleaned daily. Lots going on site with a group chat. Free breakfast is choice of omelette\fried eggs\scramble on toast with a salad and a drink which is ideal for us.

Too many motorbikes blocking the entrance Pink sand everywhere. Before 8am no staff seem to be around to help.

Funky lay out and the two reps promoting the hotel/hostel.

DJ could take some requests for music as he stuck to the schedule which was dull

Room could have been a bit cleaner. Breakfast was not an adequate size with minimal options.
