For a property of that size and cost, there was not a single heated pool, and the staff was not very welcoming . We have stayed in atlantis dubai and were expecting atleast a decent service.
No heated pool.

Throwing Money Out the Window
The resort is like nothing you have ever seen. It's absolutely amazing. However, they rob you of your money any chance they get. There is an automatic 15% gratuity added onto everything, then they ask for tips over that. When we checked out, they charged us an additional $581 saying that our full deposit was not applied and charged us an additional $50 per child per night on top of the insane amount we already paid for our suite. Then there is the resort fee of $59 per day and the $20 per day gratuity for the room.
The food in most of the restaurants was mediocre at best and the prices are crazy expensive. Our best meal was the Shake Shack for lunch. For dinner, stay away from Bimini Road. My daughter got pasta and they brought tomato soup as the sauce, the conch salad was disgusting and was all onion, everything else was fried. In all the restaurants, the service is extremely slow and don't expect your whole family to get their food at the same time. It will come out whenever they feel like bringing it and most of the time it is cold.

Lovely hotel to enjoy a family trip away
Lovely hotel. Went there for the water park for the family.
The good plan was a bit tough to follow. Would have expected dressing gowns in the room. Disappointed that not all slides were open at the water park.

Lots to do and expansive. Great rooms. Dolphin Cay was great.
As a vegan it was very hard to find food. American style food is so unhealthy.
