Stay at Prestige hotel

Staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem. Attentive to our needs and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

Trying to get used to the shower in the centre. Apart from that it was very good.

It's classically themed, and the bed was comfortable. The location is downtown which would be a great plus for many people but not for me.

The floor of bathroom and shower area was dirty. I felt it as I walked barefoot. Also, the location is downtown which is heavily polluted and made it hard to walk. Also, halal food options nearby are limited. Moreover, the pricing for the Christmas semi-buffet was mot made clear to me and I ended up paying 120 ringits more than the 88 ringits advertised for regular semi-buffet.

Great getaway trip

Great location to travel into town via grab or walking. Exceptional customer service and room cleaning was spot on and thoughtful. Complimentary drinks and lollies. Rooftop pool is nice .

Very good

Location was close to all night markets, street art and historical monuments. It was comfortable, and every detail for the room and stay was thoughtful.

Breakfast buffet spread and in room dining options were handful only. It could have been much better.
