    Almost Everything. The suits are large and comfortable. We didnt manage to get two villas as planned as there was only one left when we booked. So book in advance. The staff is amazing. The mew manager Tim went an extra mile during our stay. I think some things, especially the dining scene and some policies should be changed as they bring down the grade from 5* to 4*. But I think Tim will manage to bring it up to the standards. They used to be an amazing restaurant called Plantation where Alto is now. I think they should bring it back. We are Italians and I dont think Alto is a restaurant good enough. The dishes were just ok, like at any average restaurant in Italy. The drinks service at breakfast is super slow. I have to have my coffee before eating and I had to wait 15 mins each time. Dont miss the afternoon tea! The guys there taught us how to make Thai milk tea. The pancakes and the sweets are very tasty

    Location on the hill is a plus and a minus at the same time. I wish the hotel had a beach club and a more frequent shuttle service to the beach. The shuttle drops you off at Smigos and they never had comfortable beds available. As soon as you arrive the staff starts bugging you to order something even if you just had breakfast.

    Relaxing and chill. Felt pamapered and cared for.
    Anything and everything we needed was supplied. Always felt they went the extra mile to make sure we were always happy and content. Highly Recommend staying here. Shuttles into town. Great for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

    the people that work there are very sweet and try to make it as comfortable as possible. The spa was great. The Italian restaurant is nice! Great couple that runs it; the boyfriend is the chef, girlfriend is serving your food.
    The hotel is not (only) what it looks like in the pictures. If you don't book a hotel room with a private pool you are sleeping in a small flat. Definitely not the feeling that you are looking for when you think you book the hotel with the pictures they show you on Booking. Ours was overlooking a parking site, we got an upgrade though, which made our stay way better. Next to that, you are dependent on golf carts for going around the hotel and you are dependent on a shuttle to go to the beach. Book the shuttle a few hours in advance, else it's full and you have to wait a few hours (or you take your own grab taxi). I would not recommend this hotel. It's not worth 5 starts. I feel sorry to leave this review behind for the people that work there, since they are really nice but the hotel just was a disappointment.

    We stayed in an ocean view pool villa and it was stunning! Really comfortable and a perfect place to relax for a couple of days. Every member of staff was so lovely, friendly and helpful, food was delicious and the grounds were beautifully maintained. We were there for 2 nights and didnt leave the resort at all. Wed definitely stay here again if we return to Phuket.
    Only slight areas for improvement would be for there to be more buggies, youre dependent on these to get around the resort and we had to wait 20-30 minutes of an evening. Room service drinks also took a long time on the evening.

    The room was marketed as a mountain view room, but I didnt see any mountain from there room. Need to be out of the room to see
