The view from the hotel was amazing, and the location was co (Read More)nvenient to Broadway on the Beach. The second reviewer comes every year with their dog and loves the views. They also enjoy hunting for shark teeth by the hotel.

This was my second stay here, and even though I really love it, I wont stay again until I know I have a working landlin

The Patricia Grand is right on the beach, a half-hour walk from the boardwalk, a less than 10-minute drive to Broadway on the Beach. Theres a coffee shop, fitness center, and two pools. And the staff is pretty great.

This is a serious issue the rooms do not have working phones. There are phones, and until you pick it up you dont realize theyre disconnected. So if your cell dies and you need help you cant get it without physically going downstairs for it. Not only do they not provide daily maid service (pretty common these days), they dont even restock toilet paper or toiletries. While the staff is friendly, they are chronically understaffed. And, as mentioned, you cant call the front desk from the room. So if you run out of toilet paper, you have to go downstairs for it. Not sure why there is a resort fee when there are no services offered.

Worst stay I ever had. This was our anniversary, my wife was not happy with the arrangements!

Room was okay for the cost... Shower water was hot when needed. TV worked fine. Was able to view some of my favorite shows. Check-in was easy.

Microwave had to be replaced due to it being rusted out. Mattress was way pass being replaced. Had very large dips on both sides. Was unable to us the door code. Unit kept timing out. Had to get code changed twice and still had problems. Room had a strong smell of dog.

Exceptional

I enjoyed the stay and I will be back.

I loved the room. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and warm. The location is excellent.

The code kept locking me out. And I had to get maintenance to let me in my room.

We stayed here a couple years ago, excellent location, love the beach access, staff was very professional, courteous, and friendly. This was our second stay. The view from the upper floors on the beach side is amazing. Very good water pressure on the 18th floor.

The elevators on the north side were very slow.

The staff was amazing. Environment was relaxing.

There was and hot tub inside that would burn you eyes so bad that the hot tub next to it was smelling it. ** Only saying this because you asked.p The room was clean except around the bottom of the beds.

Poor

The set up was nice other than the slackness.

Paint peeling from ceiling, dry wall paint poorly finished on wall and their wasn't enough wash clothes.. only 2 and the worst of all there was a used wash cloth still hanging from the shower rail from the prior guest.
