Affordable comfortable bed 2km to Baga Beach.Definetly nothing romantic to mention about property

I specifically chose this property only because of the location to Baga beach and its affordability.Accomadation in Goa generally is overpriced. The property was basic- didn't feel like a hotel. We were so fortunate to be given a bigger room .Breakfast order menu was good . Rest of breakfast needs an upgrade. cakes and pastry were so bad.

BEAWARE of taxi scams- overcharge tourists. I paid Rupees 700 for a 2km ride in a filthy cab without A/C. Please clean the pool area and revamp the area around the pool. It's not inviting at all. Chef needs baking classes.

We stayed here, we paid 500 for 8 nights with breakfast during dawali, so really good for the service we had etc. That price was after tax so when we booked like 40 a night or so 4000 odd RPs is really good value. The staff are really friendly and it's set a little bit further from actual beaches like baga so quiet, great place to base of you want to explore the north. On arrival there was a slight mistake when booking and it said on the booking breakfast was not included, but when we explained that we are pretty sure in the UK it's advertised as breakfast included they went out there way and the manager did add it straight away! This kind of service we had all the way through. Like I said the staff can not do enough for you! Exceptional staff. The breakfast was great to as it's a mix of English, India, fresh pancakes etc, there's 24 hour room service, and the hotel is clean and the rooms where excellent. We had a room with a living room, two balcony's and a bathroom! Actually more like a small suite! I think for value and service and quality this is a great and a hidden gem. There is a pool that was actually really quiet while we were here so like having our own pool. The prices are still very reasonable for a hotel, obviously compared to the UK fantastic. The fresh made cakes where amazing to. 10/10 stay, really recommend

We had arranged for a 5:00 am check in and everything was ready for us and we were soon in our well sound-proofed, fully air conditioned room and heading to a very comfortable king sized bed after a long, long journey from Canada. Restaurant provided really good meals - especially as one of us cannot eat curries. If you have reason to stay in this area of Goa, this hotel is highly recommended. We stayed for 4 nights. Please note that we were picked up and dropped off by our driver every time we left and came back.

A suggestion - more bedding than just sheets - we had to call down for a duvet.

Cool vibes and accommodating staff, would recommend it as a lovely place to stay in Goa.

Good location as a base for North Goa. Super friendly staff, had such a relaxing time here.

Exceptional!!

Amazing hospitality of all the staffs. Mr. Sumit at front office and all other hotel employees were very helpful and generous throughout our stay. The property was clean and perfectly maintained.

The size of the property is a bit smaller than expected with limited amenities. But that doesnt matter much specially in Baga.

Brilliant Staff & Best in class Hotel !!

We liked the super friendly staff and beautiful ambience of the property. It's a small in size but service quality is better then any luxury hotel in India.
