Unlike other hotels , dont fall for it, the breakfast is not a buffet and there is no variety.

It is in quiet area and close to the mall.

They gave us off-white old towels, and some were even torn. My booking mentioned they would provide toiletries but there were none. They provided us with an iron that was literally broken, if you poured water in the iron, the water would literally pour out as you were ironing. Because of this, the iron could not steam, and our clothes stayed wrinkled. The ironing board could not stand still. Our apartment had a burnt kettle upon arrival that we asked to be changed. We felt like we were catfished honestly because the place is nothing like the advertisement. We were a family of 6, yet they only provided with one 500ml bottle of water a day.

Everything about Nicole Hotel was amazing!!! Friendly staff, Very good management!!! I'm happy and it's definitely going to be my home away from home. The staff at the front desk are all amazing

Very good

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants.

I liked how friendly the securities and the people that work at the reception are. The environment at the hotel was very chilled.

Our room was cleaned late, around 3:30 pm or so.

We had a beautiful stay and we shall come again

The location closer to store and restaurant are just a walk away. The apartment is beautiful

The table and chairs had dust by the balcony wasn't cleaned at all, reception took time to assist us with connecting to the WiFi other than that we had a good stay not much to complain about

Cleanliness and friendliness, and location is great

Place clean and beautiful. There are strange people roaming around though. You can tell that they are up to something not good, but the place is secured and under 24/7 surveillance
