The place is beautiful

There was a leak in the apartment and although a message was sent about the plumber not being availablethere was no mop left to clean the dripping water and when we asked the security..they couldnt help. Only one tissue was left and we were a group of 4

FOR RESIDENCE NOT A HOTEL

The view when you open the curtains. The shower. The fridge, washing machine and macro wave.

It is for residence not a hotel... Not vibey,after one supplied toilet paper you buy your own toilet paper,no restuarant and a bar.. if you dont want your room to be cleaned there is no sign to put at the door, the cleaning Guy will knock at 9 o clock to wake you up.. No tellphone inside the studio to call a reception. They have parking for visitors and Residence separated... small parking unit is for visitors.

Disappointing

I wish I didnt waste my money because we didnt enjoy

The only thing I liked about this place was the pool only, very disappointed . The security guard that we found when we checked in was very nice.

The room was really not that clean, the bedding was very old and the small blanket was a bit smelly. The carpet was really worse it was dirty, it looked like it wasnt washed for months.

Ill go back for another stay.

I loved the view, I loved how cosy the place was and all the kitchen utilities I needed were on hand. The place was really peaceful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved how secure the place was. The building was clean and well maintained.

I didnt like how there was only one roll of toilet paper, and in the duration of the stay it was never refilled or checked. I had to buy my own. Also due to the colour of the floors you cant tell when it dirty or not and when I swept the floors it was too dirty, I think the cleaning crew didnt clean the floors. Unfortunately my room had a broken cupboard above the fridge and each time I opened the fridge I had to hold it up it was really upsetting and annoying.

Exceptional

I had the best 3 night of my festive, it was so welcoming and comfortable. It felt like I'm home.

The room was exceptional, it exceeded my expectations. Pictures do give an illusion but when I saw it face to face, I was more than satisfied. Even the view was everything not forgetting the swimming pool side, the best setting and welcoming.

Nothing for me, I like everything.

Mattress was lumpy Aircon didn't get very cold, more like a fan and the room was very hot given its directionally Curtains not hung properly Bins in bathrooms not emptied regularly
