Very poor

Firstly you can't drink at the pool area. There was someone's underwear left in the bathroom. Has no cutlery or plates in the room. TV kept going off. Wifi connection very poor. Bed very uncomfortable.

Studio review

The shower and the bed were very comfortable.

The fact that the walls are so thin, you hear everything from your neighbours.Cigarettes smokes from the other rooms gets in the room somehow. The studio had no microwave to warm up food.

The apartment was nice for a couple

They are not equipped to cater for children as stated I confirmed it was 2 adults 1 10 year old child, there was only cutlery for 2 adults and no linen for the child also no bed the only thing that was offered was a mattress on the floor or use the sofa. For international guests this is not exceptable. As the sofa was not a sofa bed.

The location was very convenient and the room had the amenities we needed for our stay.

The furniture and sheets / towels were very worn out. The furniture was chipped / damaged, the sheets had tears in them and the towels were threadbare. I wanted to check if the room was serviced and asked at reception but was advised this was self managed and I had to call the owner (who was available and said it was) but I think booking directly through The Nicol (which my cousin did) instead of booking.com we would have had rooms that were better maintained and the reception staff would have been able to help us.
