Ok for a stag do when youre falling into bed at he end of th day but not the best for a couple trying to have a relaxin
The location in proximity to the town centre.
It was too warm, the water pressure in the shower was terrible, you could hear tapping from the pipes all night and announcements from the train station all day. The breakfast was decent but Id rather help myself than have to ask someone to serve me what I want.

Best Hotel in Liverpool
The bed was really comfy, spacious room and the staff were exceptional. Had an issue where my key card stopped working and they sorted it straight away. Great location as it's close to Lime Street Station. I love this hotel and always stay here whenever I'm in Liverpool and I'm never disappointed!
The WiFi was a bit patchy but I think that was mainly down to the poor weather. For some reason the TV had to be retuned as I had the Welsh region rather than the North West but that was an easy fix. Could have done with a few more plug sockets.

3 Stars - Good Stay Overall
The hotel is very adequate especially if you're staying for an event. Good location with being quite central to Liverpool One and the train station. Decent bathroom and water pressure. The room itself was okay and a decent breakfast with lots of choice.The staff are very nice and the hotel is good for the price.
I'd give the place 3 stars overall. Needs improvement with some lighting issues we had. If you're at the back of the hotel the train station tannoy can be heard quite loudly at times especially if the window is open. The room can get quite warm so therefore the tannoy can be heard. Our main issue for us was there was a 'tapping' sound which was constant throughout our stay in the room and at night.

Have stayed at this Hotel quite a few times and always been satisfied. Very good location for shopping and sight seeing Don't worry about the Hotel being beside a railway station as no noise during the day and is closed at night. Comfortable
and warm in winter Breakfasts very good and tasty and they don't scrimp if you want two sausages you get two sausages Ho and a very good location for the Christmas market
Lifts are a bit small and sometimes you have to wait your turn.. No Lounge bar but you can have drinks brought to you Having to come home.
