Superb

Very good time in Liverpool, Staff were great especially Fabian

We arrived extremely early on New Years Day morning (around 8am). We had a long day ahead of us with the football match and we really needed some rest. I was amazed that they had a room ready for us so early on such a busy time of year and was very impressed and happy with the service we got from Fabian at the front desk. He was very helpful in every way.

There really wasnt much to complain about to be honest apart from the hotel being a little bit old fashioned I suppose and the shower leaking onto the floor but thats it. Like its cheap and cheerful and does the job but its nothing to write home about.

Great location - thin walls

The location was fantastic and the size of the room was very reasonable for the price.

The keys constantly needed to be reset. This was done but the staff with no dramas, but clearly a bit of a pain when youre keen to just get to bed. Both nights, there were disrespectful guests being noisy in the corridors until 3.30 am - not at the fault of the hotel but just keep in mind that the walls are very thin.

A lovely shopping break with my teenage daughter! We loved the deco, rocking chairs and pool table ! Breaki was good too

Maybe the breakfast (which is very good) is a bit expensive at GBP 14. Maybe there could be a package deal for taking breakfast during the whole stay!
