Beautiful but cold.

Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Great variety and quality of food at the Qube.

The heating did not work in our rooms for our entire stay. Housekeeping attempted to set but it still blew cold air. We requested a second duvet to sleep. But for what we paid, the beautiful rooms (we had two), would have been more comfortable with heat. Additionally in one of our rooms, the television came on at 4am. We turned it off by remote but it came on 4 more times, roughly every 15 minutes- disturbing our sleep. It was never set or turned on by us.

Having stayed in Leela hotels before the standard of facilities and commitment of the staff was expected to be of the highest order and I was not disappointed. The brand excelles in all areas and I cannot praise this hotel and all staff enough particularly in the club lounge where the staff are absolutely fantastic. I will use this hotel brand wherever I can

The staff were extremely professional. The library bar was excellent.

Service at meals could be better, took a long time to get coffees or used plates to be removed.

The best place to stay in Delhi.

Everything is great about this property - location, decor, ambience, service, and room.

The food at the Le Cirque was not on par. The pork belly main course was overcooked, tough, and lacked taste. My wife barely touched it. The restaurant offered a replacement, which we declined. Upon receiving the check, we were pleasantly surprised that they removed the charge for that entree. I think it was a nice gesture.

The staff are amazing. They say guest is God. And in Leela they dont just say it they actually treat you like that. From Paul the Concierge to Ratan the chauffeur, and Jasdeep the doorman those three made my stay special. If you ever go to leela please ask for those three.
