Nothing.

The property is old and dirty. The bed had bugs and my kids had all red spots on their skin. The floor laminate was loose and the mattress was very bad. The hair dryer was not working the bathroom had mould on it.

Almost everything was nice except for the distance from the center of the city

The breakfast was excellent

Had to repeatedly ask for extra coffee sachets, coffee mug, towels even though the booking was made for 3 adults

Ok nothing Wow.

Good breakfast. Big rooms

Getting run down. Doesnt look and feel like five star, flooring is chipped, shower cubicle corners are not too clean and chipped. Staff needs to learn to smile a bit more. Right from the reception onwards not a single person appears to be happy about doing their work.

Very pleasant stay conveniently close to the airport

The pool and buffet dinner were excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Extremely close to airport so very convenient. The giant lobby is fun too.

A few more welcome amenities would have been nice for the price, for example a welcome drink and more snacks in the room. These were lacking when compared to other hotels in this price range

Great stay but too serious or business like if you want a leisurely holiday

Good location to airport, great breakfast. Spectacular foyer.

Some of the Check in staff seem a bit too stiff/business like- often disregarding you if you in slops/shorts and a Tee. Breakfast buffet needs some planning- can get a bit busy in the morning as I was there over Christmas period.

The standards of the Lalit hotel have lowered considerably, I would not consider it to be a 5 star property anymore. Lacks attention to detail, staff are incompetent and under trained. The food quality is low, the room cleanliness is below par. The speed of assistance is slow. The property needs some investment and attention to ensure that the basics are maintained.

Very Unprofessional behaviour

I stayed in Lalit Hotel on 16th December 2023 for one night, but they charged me twice for room and now when I asking for refund no one is responding. I have spoken and Duty manager once and I was told that they will look into the matter and revert. No one responded till 19 December. Duty manager does not even respond to WhatsApp messages and call. highly unprofessional behaviour. I am still waiting for the response from the hotel. Today I even called up reservation and the response is same.
