Great place near the airport

Free car service was a major perk. I liked that they greeted us with juice when we arrived. Porters were very helpful with our bags.

It wasnt clear that the free breakfast is in a different building about a block away from the hotel, so be prepared to walk over. Car service is dependent on availability/traffic, so we ended up waiting an hour for the car and ended up not having enough time to go where we wanted to go.

Good hotel in horrible neighborhood

Helpful staff, room was clean and pretty. Good, strong hot water in the shower. The food was good. They helped me to get a driver for the day for sightseeing. Close to airport.

Its located in a slum. I didnt have any natural light in my room because I kept the windows down because looking out at trash and severe poverty was depressing. The surrounding streets look just like the hotel street. I had the security guard walk me to the atm, which is only a block away, because so didnt feel comfortable walking outside by myself at all. Its the epitome of a bad neighborhood. I saw some women walking around during the day, but none at night. Wouldnt stay here again because of the bad neighborhood vibes, even though I felt safe once I was physically inside of the hotel.

Fabulous stay and friendly staff

Even before we flew to Mumbai, we had a great experience with Hotel Naaz Executive. I used their convenient WhatsApp chat to book the free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, and their very kind driver Mr Irshad was waiting for us when we arrived, communicating with us the whole time to let us know where to find him. The hotel car was big enough for all our luggage and very clean and well-kept. He was great with the kids too. As a family of four with two young children, we had booked two rooms at the hotel Naaz. They gave us a really beautiful room upgrade for one of the rooms, both of which were smart, clean, cool and comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly, and looked after us so well for the one night we were there. Nothing was too much trouble and all the little extras they threw in were very thoughtful. Highly recommend staying with them.

Perfect for one night.

Perfect for a one night stay before or after flying in or out. Great service with airport pickup and leave.

Close to airport but very far from anything else. Tuktukdrivers would not bother to find the place, so hard to get back if you dare to leave for a while.

A simple hotel with everything you need !

The staff was really nice and responsive. They offer a free pickup from airport. When we arrived they offer us the breakfast which we didnt book. They helped us for everything at any time. They also work all day non stop. The room was clean and well furnished. We ordered food from the hotel restaurant which was really good and so cheap. Thank you to all Hotel Naaz Executive staff !
