    An aging but elegant hotel in Chisng Mai
    Property was clean and well presented. Nice pool and pool bar, and comfortable beds. Admin staff were very helpful. Property is within strolling distance of major attractions such is the night market (and short tuk-tuk ride to the old city) and lots of decent local places to eat
    Hotel room staff sometimes seemed overly busy and under pressure. Hotel could benefit from improved coffee shop and other in-house services.

    Perfect hotel for family holiday in chiang mai
    We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and it was amazing! !The staff were extremely nice.. they made sure we have the most comfortable and amazing stay we can have.. any request we had adressed very fast..we had 2 rooms with connecting door which was fabulous for our 2 adults + 3 kids family.. breakfast was very good.. less than 10 min walk from the night market and many local good resturanrs nearby..I would very recommend this hotel for a family holiday!!
    Maybe only the beds weren't that comfortable but I think this is the standard in Thailand:)

    Great experience!
    Everything was excellent, very clean and everyone was kind to us. Great buffet on breakfast.
    Its a little far away from the turistic zone of the city if you want to walk there, but totally reachable by taxi.

    Aging with poor service policies. Look elsewhere...
    Staff is friendly and really tries to solve problems which they are not responsible for. Paul and the Lady manager did their best. Room size is good / Dated furniture Location is ok, with a Grab you get to most areas within 5 min.
    Gym and pool close at 19:00 - just ridiculous. Breakfast, noisy, crowded, not very good choices (limited choice of fruits) Horrible Coffee. Hotel was probably really nice 40 years ago. No spa Pool is so shallow on one end, like trying to swim in your bathtub. Really noisy Aircon in room on check out no-one even bothered to ask if we enjoyed our stay....

    Breakfast not as good as before and staff not very good at keeping food and coffee topped up in the last hour of service.
