    Everything was absolutely exceptional and in perfect condition. The attention to detail is astounding and the service was amazing. Perfect location. Felt like stepping back in time yet with modern facilities. Cannot wait to return!

    The best hotel I have ever stayed at. The experience is so unique and magical. Breakfast was excellent also we enjoyed the dinner at the secret garden. Staff were so helpful and so professional.

    Unique and exceptional experience in an unbeatable location!
    Pros: Very intimate setting, with only 9 rooms, each one with a particular and unique feel and decor. Very quiet despite being in the city center. Location is unbeatable, just feet away from the castle. The restaurants are beautiful and great. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
    Cons: The bed was somewhat small for a couple (but I'm used to sleeping in a king-sized bed) and the sheets were a bit stiff. I also would've liked a shower for comfort purposes, but the bathroom decoration is one of the--if not THE--highlights of the room.

    The location and breakfast were AMAZING. But we were obviously there for the decor, definitely did not disappoint! We stayed in the Herriot this time.
    I didnt read before hand that the suite didnt have a shower (but thats on me)
