Very clean and comfortable hotel at a good price. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast very good and free parking a plus point. A short walk to Albert Dock and Liverpool One shopping area.
Only one negative point for the room was the very small shower area which unfortunately stops my rating being higher.

    Cheap and cheerful.
If youre one of Ken Dodds diddy men, then this hotel will suit you perfectly! All jokes aside though, the reviews arent lying about the size of the bathroom. My husband was having a shave, while I was having a shower and we kept knocking into each other and Im a slim size 8, so thats how tiny the bathrooms are. The shower curtain also sticks to you while showering, which is annoying. Also the lid on the toilet kept falling down every time my husband went to use the toilet. As others have mentioned, there are only hangers for your clothes, no wardrobe. The beds are comfortable. The room we stayed in was small. Its about a 10/15 minute walk into the town centre and a 5/10 minute walk to the Albert dock. But all in all its immaculately clean and the staff are lovely. So its a cheap and cheerful/budget hotel if youre just wanting somewhere to sleep for a few nights.
    The tiny bathroom.

Very good value for money and excellent location
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the power of the shower surprisingly good. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were great & the Chicken Burger in the Restaurant excellent. Cheap beer too!
The room was very small, and the bathroom incredibly small. But then this is a budget hotel, and it was comfortable enough. Despite running the small electric wall mounted heater continuously the room never really got properly warm. We managed ..... just. During a cold snap this could be quite a problem. Not sure if they do supplementary heaters you can borrow? Or take one with you!
