Disappointing stay

Very close to the Metro, so great location. The staff were very friendly. Choice of breakfast was great. Had a functional gym too.

My room and bathroom literally smelled of Raw sewage throughout my stay. It was fixed but after a few hours the smell returned.

Location and staff were great.

The room is very tired and this is not a 5 star hotel. Only 2 elevators, one of which was not always working meant long long waits especially at night with 2 bars and restaurants at the top and a 30 floor hotel of guests.

Too noisy but right where you want to be

Great location within the heart of the city next to the shopping centres and nana

No soundproof windows, you have a great city vow but cant relax as its right between the two main roads in the city, also two elevators for the whole hotel is not enough with wait times of up to 15min if the elevator is not full, which could double the wait time
