    Another wonderful stay at the Charles Hotel
    The staff from the front desk to the valets to housekeeping were attentive and friendly, and overall as amazing as ever. Our Great Dane felt especially welcomed. Its also the perfect place to be for a regatta and to see our kid who goes to the local college just a few steps away. :)

    Great, classic Cambridge hotel with everything.
    Very accommodating staff. Great restaurants - lovely jazz bar. Beautiful rooms. Everything very comfortable. Easy parking with electric charging.

    Excellent stay spoiled a little from one staff member.
    Room, breakfast, cleanliness are the best.
    Upon check in I found that the young lady that attended us at first said we did not have a reservatiion - but then I showed her our Booking.com reservation number and she accepted it. There were no apologies. The rest of the staff was very attentive, especially Mr. Jamil.
