Great hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. Front desk folks were very kind and made things easy. We felt welcome with ease during NYE weekend which I'm sure was a busy time for the hotel staff.

Our room wasn't ready when we checked in at nearly 5pm which was a bit odd. We were in a bit of a rush to get to a dinner so even though we waited only half an hour for the room, it wasn't ideal that it wasn't ready that late in the day. But they were very attentive about getting us in when they could.

Fantastic stay!

Great and honest staff <3 We forgot our passports & some cash at the hotel. The hotel team found it all together, pinged us, and we collected it nicely packed the day after. Amazing, thank you so much again. Also, the general vibe, room, gym, sauna etc. - all great!

Welcome to Brooklyn! Excellent hotel with amazing rooms!

The staff was very helping. There's a store a block away and it's in a very safe neighbor. The cafe downstairs serves great food.

Close stay to Warsaw venue

Front of house staff gave unfriendly vibes but kitchen staff and doorman were lovely! Closest I could get to the Warsaw Venue to see Glassjaw.

Superb

Perfect location, just a short walk to the subway with lines running in all directions, next stop is grand central. Beautiful hotel, huge rooms and a bar in the lobby. 10/10 can not fault.

Disappointed !!

Location close to metro line 7 heading to manhattan.

No cleaning during the stay, too little ustensiles for the kitchen, very bad breakfast organization, room completely daylightless, noise in the evening.

Very good

Location was excellent, a little bit far from the train station (15 minute walk across the bridge). The room was clean and front desk had extra bedding upon request. Breakfast was exceptional and highly recommended if not included.

There were no coat hooks (there was a closet with a few hangers) and no luggage table.

A popular hotel with access to Brooklyn's hot spots.

The rooms were large enough and comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient to many places in Brooklyn by walking. The staff was helpful and we were happy with the efforts of the bar staff to arrange a long table for a large group attending a birthday party nearby. In fact, there were many events taking place at the hotel, including weddings and another birthday party.

Given the fact that there were various fairly large groups using the hotel over a weekend, there was not sufficient attention being paid by hotel staff to keeping all the activities flowing separately and without overcrowding. No problem with the rooms, although there was a bit of slowness getting the rooms cleaned.
