Excellent hotel. The only problem was about the room rate. Not the hotel problem but booking.com. The price didnt show the exact amount.

Very disappointing and not worth anywhere near the amount of money that was prepaid.

Overpriced. Bait and switch. They did not honor the room type that I prepaid. I paid for two beds and was forced to share a bed with my adult son. Unacceptable. They then blamed Booking.com for not properly requesting the correct room type. Poorly maintained. Elevators were in need of repair and refurbishing. Not luxury quality. Constant bad smells in the hallways. Toilet never flushed correctly from the time we entered the room. Neglected to clean the room one day. Uncomfortable bed with minimal pillows. Not enough towels. Soap dispenser was empty. Location was not good.at least a five block walk in any direction to the subway.

Stuff needs better customer service training

Located at a quiet street yet not too far from all the main attractions and shopping.

As a return guests, our previous stay was a positive experience, but not this time; the front desk was extremely rude and breakfast experience is lousy, the stuff do make you feel like they are doing you a favor to let you stay in the hotel.

Overall, good stay awesome location, affordable

Friendly staff. Nice location. Not too expensive especially since it is holiday season. Good restraunt at the hotel.

Trash was on my floor hallway all hours of the day, morning or night. Cleaning cart was also there all the time. Walls were very thin I could hear the neighbors. Squeaky bed.

perfect location, comfortable and clean.

location was excellent (a short walk away from Times Square/ Rockefeller centre/ grand central station), staff were lovely, rooms a reasonable size for New York, comfortable and cleaned daily! a new bottle of water each day and the restaurant attached to the hotel is very good. also used the gym a couple of times, good enough.

the bar service was slow a couple of nights

All round great location, great stay and great staff!

Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with toiletries, great views, great midtown location, friendly and efficient staff all round the building. Breakfast was lovely and tasty with plenty of variety, too.
