The property itself was nice and was very pretty.

The room wasnt as clean as we hoped, especially compared to the lobby. I wish coffee would be served over tea and that there were more options at the spa.

store hours, no room service, courtesy items not available (headache tablets). we needed to the harbor side. we stayed in room 1102 - no tablets available. this is a very common item while on vacation.

Visually beautiful but otherwise overpriced.

Beautiful resort with luxurious rooms.

We stayed in October and not all the amenities were available. The staff at the front desk were not very knowledgeable about Charleston. In fact they gave us incorrect information about transportation in historic Charleston. Only restaurant on site was the Fish House which was overpriced and mediocre.

Beautiful location and interior - if they had trained staff it would be lovely

The room and hotel had beautiful decor and was roomy

The staff were absent - no one helped with our bags , there was no hot water in our room and the wifi didnt work in the room - the bar was like a service station sticky and loud - no one explained anything
