Very poor
One sleepless night due to noise in Athenee hotel
I had a high rate and I got a room next to what seemed Utility room with metal noises throughout the entire night.
I called in the middle of night (ca 2) but nothing was done, neither the night could have been discounted because I booked through Booking. It was only one night and very disappointing
