Relaxing and peaceful

Great place to relax and watch the scenery. Enjoy the walk surrounded by pine trees and lake Alpine coaster is nearby from the resort too.

Good for romantic getaway due to the serene and quite location

Breakfast was good, view and vibe of the area was good as well.

There was a random group of team-building people that were up until late at night singing karaoke, which was very annoying.

We booked a deluxe double room, and it's absolutely NOT worth the money, much too expensive! The rooms are a bit run down (paper peeling off the walls) and not nicely decorated. Also, it smells of smoke and staff is smoking in the facilities, too. We found live bugs in our fresh towels and in the bathroom. Absolutely inacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was average and below expectations, no variety, definitely too $$! Service was quite annoying, they called multiple times (on private phone and at the room) for irrelevant reasons, disturbing our vacation. Would absolutely not recommend staying here.
