Disappointing

Bad as compared to the price was quoted

Their food was tasty and delicious with various options. Staff was courteous and room service was prompt.

Room cleanliness, bedding was smelling like they are very old n in bad condition. I saw cockroaches inside the room and it's 1st look itself it seemed it was not cleaned properly.

More or less comfortable. However, I felt that overall ambience could improve.

Reasonable spread. Location is ok. Senior staff was very accommodative.

Very old property. Not much done to maintain. Chipped floor, old furniture, unclean wall in the bathroom, housekeeping not properly supervised, and so on. No proper platform at the wash basin. There is one, but too small. Housekeeping did not bother to check whether essential things required in the bathroom were replenished or not. There was no body wash in the dispenser. The Senior Manager was very responsive when I gave my feedback and explained that they had taken up renovation of rooms. Also, he immediately acted in response to my feedback. My feeling was that it is no value for money.

Neat location, helpful staff and as described

The hotel is certainly past its prime and the furniture is run down. Unfortunately we discovered dirty linen and cockroaches upon arrival. This was late and we flagged it. The next day a deep clean was meant to be done; athough this might have been the case, we found cockroaches again.

Lavish breakfast and live counters, tasty typical south indian dishes. Another high-class restaurant is also attached, a class apart truely in terms of their menu items, quality and taste

The room allotted to us was vary bad in terms of cleanliness and below standard in terms of plumbing.
