Superb

Great place to stay with nice view of backwaters of kochi

Great ambience with the balcony and the view of the backwaters. The room interior had an elegant royal touch and clean.

Food was not that great and due to renovations pool was not available.

Very good

I will bring my entire family back to this property once the renovations are over.

Breakfast is good. The sea food restaurant was exceptional. All staff are exceptional starting from General Manager to the room service guys, all are well trained. They upgraded my room.

Renovation going on.... Both the restaurants no place to wash the hands, we have to go to the 1st floor to use the hand wash sink.

Superb

Lovely and Superb.

We were upgraded to a suite room ( 506) and we really loved the balcony and view .

Some of the facilities were being repaired and hence were not available .

Exceptional

Rarely do you come across exceptional service. This certainly qualifies! Despite the renovation going on, it was a very good experience. It was a large family gathering and they helped every step of the way. Everyone was excellent. Special mention to the general manager Ashu and AjithKumar at the restaurant.

perfect getaway

Everything was exceptional and aesthetic when it comes to Taj thanks to the team led by Sunil everything was just beautiful... the location is perfect, food on the other hand is fantastic. Hoping to visit again soon .
