Amazing holiday

Great services, excellent staff, quality food and drinks, with lots of varieties. Many entertainment activities during the day and nice shows and parties in the evening/night. Highly recommended!

The wifi signal was poor or missing in some areas.

Food, swimming pools and the Bar

The hotel's reception was disappointing as they refused a late checkout, instructing us to return in the morning. Unfortunately, when morning came, there were no available rooms. During our stay, my daughter fell ill on the second day, requiring a visit to the doctor's office. While the nurses were exceptional and supportive, the doctor's demeanor was far from friendly. It's worth noting that if you see doctor 1, doctor 2 will not evaluate your patient. Despite my request for a re-evaluation of my daughter's condition, the doctor refused, citing her lack of examination on day 1. This interaction was marked by rudeness and an unfriendly attitude. Overall, our stay was marred by a lack of proper medical attention, save for the nurses who were exceptionally supportive, kind, and friendly. Overall I will repeat the experience but only when i make proper medical arrangements and back ups

Amazing all-inclusive resort

We had a fantastic stay, that was our second time in that beautiful resort and definitely not the last time! The property offers a large array of activities and food & beverage offers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and recently renovated. Theres multiple restaurants and bars in the resort, offering multiple options of tasty food. The buffet is constantly replenished with daily specials, the a la carte restaurants and especially Alesta - the fish restaurant with a stunning view on the sea is a must try. The spa offers various treatments and massages by friendly and skilled therapists. The entertainment component is also great, with daily evening shows very entertaining and well conducted.

Excellent food, loved the variety and the accessibility. They had an event everyday for kids and grownups which we all really enjoyed. The pools are all clean and well maintained. Also excellent location just 10min away by car to the land of legends.

I would not go back to that hotel because it was not clean and in no hotel you see a mouse inside the pool this is awful

The green spaces , vibes.

I was at the pool and i saw there was a mouse next to me at the pool , it was traumatizing. And then all the mattresses did not have cover mattress so our mattress was full of urine and smelled awful , we complained to cleaning lady she just came and turn the mattress !!!!! Trash can in the bathroom smelled bloody we paid so much money to stay in a clean and nice bed not to sleep in a mattress full of urine . That was nasty . I even write a note to the hotel they did not care and never replied to me

Great apart from the air quality!!

Family friendly and the kids loved the churros!

The hotel does nothing to separate smokers (of which there is an astounding amount) and non smokers. It is near on impossible to avoid cigarette smoke. This felt outdated.
