Great location and comfortable rooms, very clean. Price is too high per night

Room was wonderful and comfortable although a bit small. View was really great.

Continuous noise from heat staying on, though it did a good job of keep street noice down a lot. I felt the cost a was too high.. did not know there was no microwave in the rooms so couldnt heat up food. Really dont like paying an extra $20 for resort fee per day for a couple bottles of water and a couple coffee pods. Rooms are already so expensive.

Worth every penny spent.

First the staff were really nice and knowledgeable. They were very helpful as well. The room was very nice and the bed was amazing comfortable. The decor throughout was very nice.

No microwave was my only complaint.

Very nice location, hotel, and restaurant. Requesting towels from housekeeping bad.

Very good

Excellent location for visiting the city. Walkable to many attractions and very close to the subway lines to get around

Nice ambience and the room layout was great. Really liked the bar/seating near the lobby to enjoy a drink. Bar staff were lovely.

Could never get the TV to work properly. The bar closes early? Sometimes its nice to have somewhere in the hotel for a late night drink. But thats a minor thing.

It was a good hotel location, but was expensive. I have stayed in nicer places for lower prices.

room was clean, liked the bedding, appreciated the complimentary drinks

more coordination with valet parking and front desk I needed things from my car, but couldn't get to my car and get things conveniently

Lovely

The location is stunning. Everything is walkable. The hotel has a very cute bar the room are amazing though this time i just had an issue as the bathroom was very smallwe have been staying here since the last 4 years everytime we are in Chicago.

The beds are too soft and i hoped if they would give a double comforter instead of single ones
