Location is close to the train station so felt a bit unsafe at night when going out for dinner. Luckily, the hotel has excellent room service

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given rooms all on the same floor and close to each other.

Great location near to the train station and excellent breakfast.

I was shocked that some of the toiletries used by the previous guests were not replaced when I checked in.

A great stay in Milan

Nicely sized room, very comfortable bed and good amenities in general. Bathroom was very spacious and clean. Online check-in was nice to have. The location is really perfect if you plan to take the train for short trips, as its near the Central train station, but it comes with the usual downsides around train stations (not always the cleanest neighborhoods), although its by far still better than in other big cities. Super well soundproofed, no disturbances whatsoever. Beautiful lobby and common areas, and very professional staff.

The bathroom did not have any ventilation and the glass door did not fully close (there is a space between the door and the floor, which doesnt offer as much privacy as one would like). The lights near the bed cannot be turned on / off separately - its either both of them or none (maybe some of the switches were broken in our room, because there were a couple that did nothing, in any case we tried them all).
