The hotel is just opposite Milano Centrale, making it very accessible to the Duomo or other attractions via metro or bus. The staffs are very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast and room service are very good. We were in doubt at 1st when reading reviews about the safety of the surrounding area, however, it is totally fine if you plan your routes ahead. Overall, my 4 nights stay here is all great and comfortable.

No Airconditioning (only in summer months); therefore smelly rooms and super noisy

- standard business Hotel - quality interior and design - super close to main station - very friendly staff (although no solution can be offered to the problems)

- if you book this Hotel you need to be aware that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING (according to the reception it is only running in the summer months); this means that here is no possibility to control the heat in the room unless opening the window - which can be extremely noisy in case the room is facing the street; sleeping was hardly impossible for us - additionally due to the missing air conditioning option, the room was smelling super bad when we entered...and only went better when opening the window (which leads to the noise problem again...) - our request to stamp and box-in a few letters was rejected (not a service the Hotel is providing)...felt a bit poor for a 4-star Hotel. It's a small request but would be a great service. This was disappointing for us. sorry.
