Unlikely to stay again.

Close to family and the staff are lovely.

No heating in the room or bathroom. We mentioned the cold towel rail to staff, but nothing changed. We stayed three nights, but were advised the day before we arrived that only a continental breakfast would be available on the 2nd and 3rd morning. Very poor, considering we paid 490 for three nights - we would like a refund.

A lovely base while we visited family at Christmas. A nice calm and comfortable space to come

Warm, friendly, with loads of bar and restaurant space. Room was fantastic - very spacious, massive bed! Lovely bathroom and big bath and waterfall shower. We even had a roof terrace although didnt use it much in the mid winter l! Food was lovely - we only had breakfast but both the continental and cooked options were amazing - fantastic quality and plenty of choice. Some nice walks in and around the surrounding area too.

Good size room. Plenty of parking space. Clean. Friendly staff. Good food.

No plug for hairdryer near mirror.

Brilliant staff

Room 11 suffered from noise. Bin emptying early in the morning. Some Vent fans for the kitchen or building also noisy.

Breakfast Selection was good.The Room was spacious and very comfortable with a good sized bathroom.

Dinner menu was not varied enough to wish to eat in more than once.The hotel was a drive away from Morpeth and other Restaurants

Horrendous dont stay here!

Where do I start! Arrived to a fully functioning pub and our room placed next to a loud air conditioning pump room. Nothing like described when booking. Was harassed to leave at 11.15 after being told the check out was 11.00 this is on a Sunday by the way! We checked out by 11.45 and was then refused breakfast which we paid over 30.00 for again citing that breakfast was finished at 10.00 on a Sunday the breakfast wasnt a buffet so theres absolutely no reason why we shouldnt have been able to have something offered. Finally we are refused lunch due to being fully booked the place was completely empty! Terrible customer service and terrible stay wasted 150.00 for this hotel stay away from here!
