Very good

Excellent staff member who put right slight niggles.

Breakfast excellent. Slight problem with shower in my room but all sorted and gentleman who helped me out was great. Also allowed late check out which was much appreciated.

Shower wasnt hot and room a little small. But fine really.

Cosy rooms with excellent breakfast.

Lovely breakfast. I had eggs Florentine- delicious.

It would help if the venue gave clearer instructions about parking and how to access the property after hours.

Very disappointing

Friendly staff and good location

Freezing cold bathroom, no hot water from my shower in evening and the morning, dirty mugs, stains on my towels and hairs in my bed :( and no tv channels. Not a great experience for so much money!

Excellent location.

Excellent location in the middle of town, fairly close to the bus and train stations. Nice venue and bar. Warm bedroom. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cold bathroom - no heating. Bathroom and light and fan come on automatically when the bathroom door is opened and take a LONG time to turn off. This is disruptive during the night. Small window high up in wall, i.e., no view and couldn't reach the window or the blinds to open/ shut them.
