Despite this issue, the staff was apologetic and offered a discounted rate. Another guest had a positive experience with Sonesta for their wedding, praising the scenery, location, and the helpfulness of the sales manager, who accommodated their gluten-free dietary needs and provided additional items for free.

Don't go for the next two years while renovations are taking place!

Location, setting and Bell staff were excellent

Had to change rooms twice. Renovations started December 26 in the room right above us with power tools removing tile starting at 8 AM. Ended up in a first floor room (the dog floor apparently). Our room smelled like a big wet dog. Really disgusting. Even after leaving, we found our clothes still smelled of "wet dog". How the staff can put people in rooms like this with the hotel almost completely empty is a mystery to me.

Great location - property needs a major refresh (which I believe is coming).

Location was great - and staff (even though it was Christmas) was pleasant.

Property is 'tired'...rooms need a refresh as does the lobby. We stayed here last year and while it was 'old' then, this year you could really see the wear and tear. Overall, pretty disappointing especially for the money.

The resort was very clean. The restaurants were clean and had good service and food.

Right when we checked in, they brought our daughters a cute stuffed alligator! Everyone working there was super helpful and had a smile on their face. We wanted to check out some shops near the resort so we were given a ride to and back from the hotel in a little trolley. We will be returning!
