Very good

Stay was too short but we most enjoyable week with post card weather.

The rooms were exceptional. They were spacious, clean and comfortable. There were a few minor things (hair dryer was blowing cold air, one of the toilets wasn't refilling properly). These things were fixed or corrected promptly. It was nice to have loading carts to take our luggage to the 3rd floor. It was nice to be so close to the beach. There were beautiful sun rises every morning. Fitness facility looked nice however I didn't get a chance to use it.

The out door pool amenities were small and new facilities were currently under construction. This produced noise in the pool area and therefore we spent most of our time at the beach. The hot tub was also rather small for the size of this facility. It would have been nice to have some umbrellas around the pool area. There is very little shade. I hope the new pool under construction will provide more shaded areas.

Great locale, great view, cold AC, comfortable mostly!

The very old blinds in the main BR, LR . Just awful and did not work right,let the light in at night! Old appliances but all worked so OK. Unit was mostly clean however while looking for my glasses, I looked under the bed and found a cheezit and what looked like a pack of crackers. Untold dust on the bed frame in front underneath. Otherwise I thought the unit was clean enough but hidden dirt. The charge for cleaning should cover a through cleaning. Also the living room chairs are very old indeed and just worn out but the older leather sofa was comfy.

Very good

Overall, it was wonderful. Would have been perfect if not for the microwave.

Beautiful condo, plenty of space, great amenities, convenient access to private beach,

The microwave was broken. I informed the company on the first night and they stated they would send someone to fix it. Days later a worker came, but the request was canceled. The worker left and never came back.

First time to Hilton Head

Oceanfront, each unit has a partial ocean view. Good sized pool and lounge deck. Beach was lovely.

Outdated and dingy. First time on Hilton Head. Was at the same time nice to be north of the main district (Coligny), was isolated. No beach/pool towels, beach chairs/umbrellas had to be rented if you didnt bring or purchase your own.
